Simple Spanish Recipe Paella Vegetariana
Spanish food paella de verduras del tiempo; simple Spanih recipe paella vegetarian, a dish for 4 persons.
Vegetarian paella preparation time: 40 min
Serves: 4 persons
Vegetarian Paella Ingredients:
400 grams (1 pound) of rice for paella
3/4 liter of water (3 cups)
200 grams (7 oz) of green beans
5 spoons of olive oil
1/2 of onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 fresh green peppers
white beans, peas, potato
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe paella de verduras del tiempo:
Heat olive oil in a paella pan and add onion, tomato, carrot and garlic, all cut into small pieces. Fry for a very short time and start pouring in warm water.
In continuation, throw vegetables into the paella pan: beans, peas, potato cut into pieces. Cook altogether for about 5 minutes upon medium heat. Finally, add paella rice with salt and pepper, shake the paella pan and distribute well. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more, until rice is done and water evaporated.
You can also cook pulses (legumes) separately and add them later to the paella rice. Garnish with lemon wedges.
