Spanish Dish Paella Con Costilla
Spanish dish paella con costilla – Recipe for paella with ribs, cauliflower and eggs for 4 persons.

Serves: 4 persons
4 cups of rice for paella
250 grams (8 oz) of pork ribs
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil, water
salt and pepper
Recipe paella with ribs:
Wash cauliflower, clean onion and garlic and cut all into pieces. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and fry pork ribs until brown. Add chopped onion, fry for a while and in continuation pour in 8 cups of water with salt and pepper to taste. When it starts boiling, add minced garlic and pieces of cauliflower. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes and pour in 2 cups of boiling water more.
Add paella rice and distribute well. Cook for about 20 minutes more, pouring in more boiling water if necessary and stirring with a wooden spoon. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, break two eggs on top of the paella, taking care that yolk is not broken. Cover paella pan and cook until the rice is tender. Serve warm.
